General Conditions of Sale (Art Intell, LLC)

Article 1: Scope of Application
These general conditions of sale apply to all transactions concluded through the websites of the Art Intell network. Any natural or legal person placing an order with Art Intell, LLC through our secure payment platform, by check, or in cash is considered a "client."

Article 1a: Age Limit
Art Intell, LLC only accepts clients over 16 years old for physical and electronic products and over 18 years old for services such as coaching, workshops, and seminars.
We strive to restrict access to our sites, products, and services to minors. Even though our content is not of a shocking nature, we prefer to target a mature audience capable of understanding the responsibilities of the business world.
Any subscriber to our newsletter or customer found not meeting these criteria will be immediately removed from our database, and customers will be reimbursed and required to return any physical products received.

Article 2: Order
Any order placed on an Art Intell website implies full and unreserved acceptance of these general conditions of sale.

Article 3: Price
Prices are in US dollars (USD) and include all applicable taxes. Shipping and processing fees may apply and will be specified at the time of purchase. Prices may change at any time; however, the price applied to an order will be the one announced at the time of purchase.

Article 4: Payment
Payment is due immediately upon order placement, including for pre-orders. Accepted payment methods are credit cards (Visa or Mastercard). Cards issued by banks outside the United States must be international bank cards. We do not accept American Express.

Secure online payments are processed through Stripe, ensuring encryption and secure data transfer. Any security guarantees are the responsibility of Stripe and cannot be attributed to Art Intell, LLC.

Article 5: Delivery
Delivery is made to the address specified during your order. Ensure the accuracy of your shipping details, particularly the postal code. Once the product leaves our premises, the risks are transferred to you. In case of lost packages, we will make every effort to ensure you receive your product or are reimbursed under our warranty terms.

Article 6: Digital Products and Refund Policy
For digital products priced at $5.99 or less, no refunds will be issued after purchase. By completing the purchase, you acknowledge and accept that the sale is final and non-refundable.

For higher-priced digital products or subscription services, refund requests will be handled on a case-by-case basis, as described in the terms of the specific offer.

In accordance with U.S. data protection regulations, your personal data is collected and processed securely. You have the right to access and rectify your personal data at any time.
